Bachelor's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Prior direct patient care experience required. Performance improvement experience required, including leading or supporting initiatives that improve quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, or organizational outcomes. Experience with healthcare quality or value-based care programs preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive sustainable improvement. Familiarity with Michigan Pay-for-Performance programs, including BCBSM and/or ACO strongly preferred. Summary Provide leadership and direction for the quality management service to assure the provision of cost effective quality improvement services that are consistent with the vision and mission of the organization.
