In this role, you will lead Quality Assurance efforts across assigned Retail Technology product areas, ensuring high standards of quality, stability, and delivery for software solutions supporting Little Caesars Enterprises (LCE). You will oversee QA resources aligned to product teams, drive adoption of modern QA practices, and champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The QA Manager partners closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-centric technology solutions. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on quality oversight, people leadership, and operational execution within a fast-paced, evolving retail technology environment.
