This position is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of training programs to support revenue cycle operations. The Training Manager partners closely with operational leaders, compliance, quality, and technology teams providing project management support and continuous improvement related to learning solutions and skill development for RCM staff. Primary responsibilities include defining and managing the learning portfolio, managing a team of Training Analysts, and evaluating training effectiveness striving for consistent delivery and development of skill development programs for Patient Accounting and Patient Access management and staff. The ideal candidate holds strong revenue cycle expertise, Epic knowledge, leadership experience and a passion for developing others.
