About The Position

This PFT Manager position is Full Time- 40 hours a week- Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of all staff in the Pulmonary Function Laboratories which provides testing at the main building, King of Prussia, Voorhees and all outpatient pulmonary physician practices, to achieve excellent patient and family experience and clinical outcomes. Demonstrates knowledge of the Health Care Environment. This includes setting of standards, development of systems, supervision of practice and employees, coordination of other disciplines and departments to achieve the mission and goals of the department and enterprise.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Required
At least five (5) years experience in the field of pulmonary function testing. Required
At least four (4) years supervisory/leadership experience Required
Respiratory Therapist (Pennsylvania)- Pennsylvania State Licensing Board upon hire Required OR Osteopathic Respiratory Therapist (Pennsylvania) Pennsylvania State Licensing Board upon hire Required AND Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) National Board for Respiratory Care upon hire Required and Registered Pulmonary Function Tech (RPFT) National Board for Respiratory Care upon hire Required

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree Preferred
