Manager Project Management
About The Position
The Manager Project Management will be responsible for managing and leading a portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. This role involves collaborating with project teams to define clear project objectives and deliverables, monitoring project progress, identifying and managing issues and risks, and implementing corrective actions. The position also requires assisting in resource allocation and budget monitoring, preparing project status reports, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Additionally, the role contributes to the development and application of project management best practices, drives teamwork and collaboration among project team members, and ensures that projects align with departmental and company strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in project and program management
- Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
