Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager, Project Management Level 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, California. The Program Integration & Execution (PI&E) organization seeks a key member to support the Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO) Director. This individual will oversee RIO execution within the Production Programs Business Area, ensuring alignment with the enterprise‑wide program. Acting as the primary liaison between the RIO teams, Production Business Area , and internal/external stakeholders, the role will manage a complex, indirectly‑supervised team through clear, timely communication. Daily responsibilities will include serving as the main interface between the RIO team and broader Production Business Area teams, ensuring that risks, issues, and opportunity actions within the Business Area are identified, tracked, and addressed promptly, driving the end‑to‑end RIO workflow, guaranteeing consistent process compliance, monitoring performance metrics to provide visibility into RIO health and progress, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across the Business Area.
