About The Position

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Manager, Project Management to join us in a full-time capacity in either our Charlotte, NC office or our Kansas City, MO office. The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in either our Charlotte, NC office or our Kansas City, MO office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week. In this role the Manager will lead a team of Project Managers tasked with driving end-to-end implementation of service from completion of pre-sales process to complete installation of all contracted services. The Manager will work with their Project Managers at the individual and team levels to reinforce strong fundamentals of project management, how they apply within the internal organization, as well as external facing organizations. The Manager, Project Management will engage with their peers in Sales and Operational lanes when appropriate, working toward timely resolution of escalations, providing a clear escalation path for project related issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing employees
  • Telecommunications experience required
  • Strong Leadership background
  • Team building and People development
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS applications suite required
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Must have willingness to work in fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Additional Project Management certifications are a plus
