Position Summary... Want to use your project management skills and technical knowledge to support the Real Estate Legal Center of Expertise? The Manager, Project Management - Real Estate Legal position is an important role that supports the organization’s real estate initiatives, assists with the development and ongoing management of the Real Estate Legal team’s projects and project management systems, works with outside counsel law firms, and assists with development and management of reports for senior leaders. The position reports to the Senior Lead Counsel of the Real Estate Legal Center of Expertise, supporting the initiatives of your Real Estate business partners. What you'll do... Manage current and forecast real estate projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; supporting the review of proposed projects; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall program goals; forecasting and managing internal and external project resources. Assist with the management of cross-functional projects by managing key project components (for example, work stream alignment, timeline management, status reports, external deliverables) under the direction of project attorneys and senior leadership; updating and distributing project status reports and deliverables; and providing input on project readiness. Operate with excellence by managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, providing outstanding customer service, and investing in your continued professional development. What you’ll bring… Strong working knowledge of real estate transactions. A great eye for detail. Familiarity with document creation and retention, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software frequently used in report development. Organization and discipline, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and hold project contributors accountable. Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and projects at the project level by developing and communicating project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives; and communicating and adhering to project management standards and practices. Demonstrated adaptability by implementing creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity. Ability to adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities embracing change and supporting its implementation. Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships, and alliances across functional and organizational boundaries; relating to others in an accepting and respectful manner, regardless of their organizational level, personality, or background; collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and functional areas to discover new perspectives.
