5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management.
Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation or change initiatives within complex, global organizations.
Strong knowledge of project management practices, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, establish priorities, and guide teams through change.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Agile certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
Define project and product requirements, priorities, roadmaps, and expected business outcomes.
Turn stakeholder and customer needs into practical plans and effective solutions.
Bring cross-functional teams together, clarify responsibilities, and keep work moving forward.
Identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and changing priorities.
Monitor KPIs, product performance, adoption, and project outcomes to measure success.
Keep stakeholders and leaders informed about progress, decisions, priorities, and next steps.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches based on the needs of each initiative.
Improve products, processes, and project delivery through ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
