About The Position

We are seeking a Manager, Project and Construction to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and retail initiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining clear communication across project teams, identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring construction quality, safety, and budget discipline, supporting operational transitions once construction is complete and maintaining project delivery according to company established project timelines. The position partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver results aligned with business needs while upholding company policies, values, and standards of integrity. This role also supports associate development and fosters a culture of belonging, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of construction quality assurance, safety practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Basic financial and budgeting skills, including the ability to support cost tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly share expectations, updates, and outcomes
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify risks, recommend solutions, and adapt to change
  • Customer‑focused approach that balances operational needs with service and value
  • Collaborative style with the ability to build trust and work cross‑functionally
  • Commitment to acting with integrity, following company policies, and modeling ethical behavior
  • Continuous improvement mindset with curiosity, resilience, and a focus on learning and growth
  • 1 year’s experience in project or construction management, operations, or operations management

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open lines of communication among project participants, sponsors, clients, and stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and vulnerabilities, develop contingency plans, and conduct regular and ad hoc project reviews
  • Plan, estimate, organize, staff, and monitor construction and operational projects using established tools and methods
  • Communicate reporting requirements and implement monitoring and control mechanisms to track progress
  • Support budget management by using basic budgeting tools and assisting with reports, data collection, and change orders
  • Ensure construction quality, safety, and compliance by monitoring workmanship, enforcing standards, and supporting safety programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to resolve issues and drive results
