They utilize effective communication and project management practices to monitor progress and implement contingency plans. Focused on delivering results, the team supports operational transitions and drives continuous improvement through regular reviews and cost estimation. Requirements

Proven experience in project and construction management, including planning, estimating, and monitoring project costs and timelines.
Strong skills in budget management, including preparation and oversight of change orders and budget reports.
Ability to maintain effective communication and build relationships with stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Expertise in construction quality assurance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Proficiency in coordinating project schedules and managing risks with contingency planning.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising and developing team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
1 year’s experience in project or construction management, operations, or operations management.
