Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience to include the following: logistics, supply chain, or program management (aerospace industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of product delivery, planning, and shipping.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and responsibilities in a dynamic, fast paced work environment.
- This job requires a U.S. Person.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timelines, quality, and contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate and execute Sales Order Changes (SOCs), updating schedules and minimizing disruptions.
- Lead twice weekly delivery meetings with Airbus, address potential issues, and align on requirements.
- Develop and share action plans to resolve delivery challenges.
- Prepare, update, and issue the Line of Balance (LOB) to track and communicate delivery progress effectively.
- Serve as the primary contact for Airbus, confirming delivery schedules, resolving issues, and providing updates.
- Collaborate with Customer Support for spare engine deliveries to airline operators and lessors, executing internal processes to meet customer purchase order requirements.
- Plan and execute shipments with internal and external logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with export/import regulations and verify documentation accuracy.
- Ensure sufficient inventory of shipping stands to meet production demand.
- Partner with operations (PW and MTU), Pratt & Whitney (P&W) on-site support teams, and quality assurance to synchronize delivery schedules and resolve challenges.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and P&W at Airbus facilities.
- Identify and address risks to on-time delivery with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Monitor product readiness and escalating issues affecting timelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on delivery performance and improvement plans.
- Present at weekly Programs PMT.
- Collaborate with customer support, finance, and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery of products to meet financial targets.
- Track and report financial performance metrics related to delivery operations.
- Support budget planning and cost optimization initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
