Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in business administration, health care administration, public health, nursing or related field.
3 years of progressive related experience or participation in UT Southwestern post graduate Administrative Fellowship Program required.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
In collaboration with service line leadership, provide joint and engaged leadership to assigned projects
Work with clinical leaders to continuously monitor and improve clinical quality and patient/client satisfaction
Assist the assigned service line with the development of compliance documents and certifications
Assist with program development, best-practice operational efficiencies, and project management
Work with the Information Resources team to support the development and deployment of information technology that effectively supports the project objective
Work with the service line leaders to identify equipment needs and coordinate purchasing
Submit and track all required documents and business plans to support equipment purchases
Ensure the appropriate maintenance support or contracts are in place to ensure assigned equipment is functioning properly
Work with UTSW facilities to renovate, update or build new space to support critical projects.
In collaboration with the service line, coordinates the design of the planned space
Works with both the service line and facilities to ensure the timely execution of approved projects
Performs other duties as assigned.
