The Manager, Program Management – DSMI position involves leading the Program Management Office (PMO) and overseeing a diverse portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs focused on bringing proprietary products to market. This role is crucial for ensuring strategic alignment, achieving execution excellence, and maintaining delivery visibility across Engineering, Category, and Supply Chain teams. Key responsibilities include evolving program management frameworks, proactively removing obstacles, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives, all while leading and developing a team of Project Managers. The role also involves driving execution across programs related to product development, cost optimization, and quality within DSMI’s proprietary brand portfolio. The manager will continuously refine the PMO operating model, including tools, dashboards, governance, and operating cadences, to improve visibility, prioritization, and execution. Establishing and scaling program management best practices to enhance consistency, accountability, and delivery outcomes is also a core function. Furthermore, the position requires identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, addressing resource gaps, and leveraging AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery. Collaboration with senior leaders to align program priorities with strategic objectives and inform decision-making is essential, as is coaching and developing the Project Manager team to foster strong performance and growth.
