This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Program Management (Vendor Operations) in the United States. This role is a strategic leadership position focused on scaling and optimizing third-party vendor operations to support rapid business growth. You will drive operational excellence across vendor partnerships, ensuring performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards, while building scalable, efficient workflows. The position requires managing multiple vendor relationships, leading a team of Vendor Operations Managers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, Policy, and Finance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and capable of translating complex business needs into operational solutions. This role is critical for shaping high-performing vendor programs and delivering measurable impact to the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Operations or Vendor Management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale third-party vendor operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, Excel/GSheets, or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.

  • Experience in process optimization and scaling vendor operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end vendor operations performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to scale vendor capacity, headcount, and operational tools.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for vendor partners, leading regular business reviews and managing escalations.
  • Identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Manage annual SOW renewals, vendor budgets, invoicing processes, and resource utilization.
  • Translate internal business needs into scalable vendor solutions and align operations with cross-functional roadmaps.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Vendor Operations Managers to foster a high-performing work environment.
  • Oversee internal QA programs and drive corrective action plans with vendors.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to provide timely insights to senior leadership.
