The preferred location for this role is Frisco, Texas; Overland Park, Kansas will also be considered. Supports the business group by providing operational support, including vendor engagement, purchase order management, financial compliance, and day-to-day oversight of the Retail Store Development processes and quality standards. May manage the development and implementation of Retail Construction products and/or services. Coordinates cross-functionally with internal and external teams to maintain and improve existing processes. This role is focused on retail construction operations and business program management and is not a Technology/IT position. Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for the business group. Leads kick-off meetings, requirements and spec reviews, and other program-related meetings. Manages contracts, vendors, and business partners. Acts as a liaison between management and vendor/partners on contract execution and vendor performance management. Collaborate with Construction Project Managers on Program set up, including vendor onboarding, system training, workflow management, and financial close of projects. Identifies and communicates improvement opportunities from each program and sub-program to document and enhance processes to establish best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Program Management (Required)
  • Vendor Management (Required)
  • Experience with Project Management and/or Work Order Management System (Required)
  • Strong written and verbal Communication (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Construction Management or related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional leadership. (Preferred)
