About The Position

Woot is the original daily deals site, founded in 2004 and snatched up by Amazon in 2010. Originally, Woot offered just one product per day until we sold out. Today, we offer special daily deals and other limited-time offers across seven categories on the Woot website. We also sell a bunch of stuff on the Amazon Marketplace platform too. We are looking for an Account Management Specialist who is a passionate customer and category advocate with proven ability to organize a significant amount of data and product information for customer-facing merchandising events. You will assist in sourcing inventory from key stakeholders and evaluating this inventory to run exciting deals on Woot.com. You will also be responsible for the deal content and listings, ensuring we provide the best customer experience. This role will involve being very hands-on and requires attention to detail to deliver a seamless buying experience for the customer.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience using Excel and other business analytic tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with software and editing tools (including HTML, Excel and SQL)
  • Experience in online retail
  • Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.
