This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence across vendor partnerships, ensuring strong performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards while building scalable, efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven people manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and can translate complex business needs into high-impact operational solutions. Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) are preferred.
