The Program Finance Manager is responsible for leading GMRE's program finance and project cost accounting functions in support of company growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. This position serves as a strategic business partner to Program Managers, Business Unit Leaders, Contracts, Operations, and Executive Leadership by providing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, and decision support across a portfolio of government contracts. The Program Finance Manager leads and develops program finance personnel while maintaining direct involvement in the execution of key financial activities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring the ability to personally perform project cost accounting, government invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and financial analysis activities when workload demands exceed available resources. The position operates with a high degree of independence and is expected to drive continuous process improvement, financial discipline, and scalable business practices that support GMRE's long-term growth objectives.
