The Manager, Program & Events plays a vital role within the Advisor Channel Sales (ACS) Events team, driving the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of high-impact events and programs across RBC Global Asset Management (GAM) channels. You will be responsible for leading complex event initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working directly with key stakeholders to deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. This position reports directly to the Associate Director, Program & Events and works collaboratively with a team consisting of Managers, Program & Events, an Associate, Program & Events and an Analyst, Sales Enablement.
