About The Position

The Manager, Professional Services will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of consulting, implementation, and support services to clients. This role involves overseeing a team of consultants, working closely with clients, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and driving client satisfaction. The Manager will also play a key role in resource planning, budget management, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and technical specialists.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, encouraging professional growth and collaboration.
  • Ensure team members have performance and career development coaching and opportunities.
  • Optimize team through identifying and building the skills necessary to deliver book of business sold through cross-training and best practice scheduling.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and work towards long-term business relationships.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and ensure project success.
  • Track and manage to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to senior management on project progress, resource usage, and financial status.
  • Identify and implement best practices for service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously assess and improve internal processes to enhance the quality and speed of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience across the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales quote approval, updates and ongoing support.
