About The Position
The Manager of Professional Development provides operational leadership for the Professional Development department and is responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of organizational education. This position oversees the daily operations of the department, supervises education personnel, manages departmental resources, and ensures education programs are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in professional development or education within a healthcare setting
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of educational program planning and implementation
- Ability to manage departmental resources
- Skills in coordinating and delivering educational programs
