Requirements

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering.
At least five years of experience managing a fast-paced GMP production environment.
Experience in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to build high-performing teams and deliver results.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
Holds a Lean Six Sigma certification; Green Belt certification is preferred.
Ability to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

Executes the weekly production plan while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met and all cGMP and OTC procedures are followed.
Drives operational excellence through continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and team development, ensuring operations are performed effectively without compromising safety or quality.
Develops direct reports through mentoring, constructive feedback, and training.
Supports supervisors in managing daily departmental activities.
Leads projects that drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
Participates in weekly OEE meetings and leads initiatives to improve OEE.
Partners with the Quality department to resolve finished goods nonconformances and identify corrective actions.
Identifies and implements opportunities to improve RTFT.
