The studio partners with various business units including Global Brand and Brand Partnerships, Ads, Consumer Products, and live experiences. As Netflix expands, the demand for design output grows, leading BCS to evolve its operating model with a dedicated production design team focused on speed, systems, and consistency without compromising craft.
