About The Position

ASM is seeking a Manager, Product Sourcing to manage semiconductor new product introduction (NPI) activities and support a rapidly growing business unit. The role works with BU Engineering on design improvements and new supplier qualifications, and manages programs for material tracking, project-team qualification, and implementation. It also oversees NPI, change and SAP management, and material tracking for Engineering projects. The position helps ensure supply continuity while meeting sourcing expectations for quality, delivery, and cost.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or another related field.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, capital equipment, or a similar high-technology manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP system, including order management, the PO module, and MRP-driven activity.
Ability to manage across multiple functional groups to achieve common goals.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a global work setting.
APICS certification, Lean Six Sigma training, negotiation certification, or other supply-chain-related programs.
Semiconductor capital equipment experience.
