About the Team We are seeking Product Managers to work on Axon, a Capital One developed platform that drives customer and agent experiences whenever human intervention is required to ensure we make the right decision. Our team owns a critical portion of our credit card acquisitions business, managing all exception scenarios where human action is required to resolve a decision. Our vision centers on unlocking growth and reducing friction by making these interventions immediate and seamless. As part of the team, you will help understand our users' needs, define the direction of the platform, and scale emerging technologies for enterprise usage alongside an amazing team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal business customers, architects, engineers, analysts, process, and operations leaders to define the Axon product strategy. We are seeking Product Managers who are motivated to develop elegant, modernized solutions that simplify platform maintenance while creating great experiences for internal users and Capital One customers. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and 3 years of Product Management experience
