About The Position

Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) | Build the Future. At BC&P, we bring a builder's mindset to work, just like the business owners we serve. Small businesses are a different kind of customer. They're the people turning ideas into opportunities, and opportunities into livelihoods. When we build for them, we build something bigger. That's why we have a high bar for quality. We own the work end to end, turning today's insights into tomorrow's results, together. We're relentlessly curious. We ask the hard questions. We make space for the best ideas to win. Because that's how we create impact we can be proud of. In BC&P, we are looking for a Product Manager with a demonstrated interest and aptitude for AI. While formal on-the-job experience with AI is a plus, we highly value candidates who have proactively incorporated AI into their personal projects, explored AI-driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot), or built automations using AI agents. Show us how you've used AI to learn, build, and solve problems beyond basic text generation. About The Role: Last year, Capital One announced the historic Community Benefits Plan tied to the Discover acquisition, of which $15B+ is committed to underrepresented small businesses. One of these commitments is to launch Ventures Lending - a mission-based credit card focused on closing gaps in equity and opportunity targeted to traditionally underserved small businesses. As a Manager of Product Management for Ventures Lending, you will lead the strategy and implementation for product setup, partnerships, and customer support. You will be responsible for navigating complex problem solving across multiple lines of business to drive technical partnership and support strategies.
