About the Team The Enterprise Document Management Platform team is responsible for managing over 15 billion customer related documents to support critical servicing and business needs. We build and own reusable capabilities across the end to end document lifecycle. About the Role We are seeking a Product Manager to help define the future of unstructured document data at Capital One. This role will leverage GenAI and machine learning to automate document data extraction by partnering with teams to deploy new experiences to agents and associates. You will help lead the enterprise scaling of these extraction capabilities, fundamentally transforming how agents and associates interact with documents. Your work will directly decrease operational expenses, reduce cognitive load for our agents, and unlock new connections across our stakeholders. You will help drive the overarching unstructured data strategy, ensuring that enterprise document data is easy to use, understand, and govern. To be successful, you must operate at the intersection of AI innovation, product data strategy, and enterprise-scale execution.
