The team is seeking a product manager to join the Core HR Product group, enabling core HR experiences for Capital One associates. This role will help drive the Core HR experience by delivering on a vision of optimized, AI-enabled self-service capabilities for Capital One associates and HR business teams. The individual will have the opportunity to make an impact through direct partnership with the Tech team as well as collaboration across business stakeholders, partner teams and other product teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

  • Create a broader strategy and build out a roadmap for Core HR products
  • Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups
  • Build prototypes and partner with Tech to deliver world-class experiences for Capital One associates and HR business teams
  • Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot issues and oversee launches in partnership with Tech
