About The Position

The Manager, Process Improvement leads initiatives to enhance key business functions by analyzing performance data, identifying gaps, and developing sustainable solutions. This role partners with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, drive change management, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The manager oversees global projects, implements transformational change, and monitors program effectiveness to support continuous improvement. By providing guidance on policies and fostering collaboration, this position contributes to operational excellence and long-term business success while maintaining compliance and promoting a culture of accountability and integrity. The Tooling Operations team partners with operations, process improvement, product, and engineering groups to implement guided workflow tools supporting Marketplace Seller Support, Performance, and Risk teams. Focused on enhancing operational efficiency, the team ensures consistent triage and decision-making for Risk Operations. Leveraging emerging technologies and automation, they conduct validation testing, analyze workflow performance, and drive enhancements. By continuously evaluating tooling outcomes and associate feedback, the team shapes the product enhancement roadmap, contributing to improved experiences for associates and sellers. Collaboration and data-driven insights are central to achieving key business objectives effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in process improvement and change management to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring associates.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
  • Skilled in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and quality improvement to enhance business processes.
  • Proficient in workflow management, automation, and aligning business requirements with operational strategies.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and ethical standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
