About The Position

The Pricing Strategy & Deal Management Manager is the primary contact for the US Infusion Therapies and Technologies (ITP) Alt Site Sales and Marketing teams in their efforts to drive market share growth in focused care settings. This position is responsible for all aspects of Alternate Site price policy, price execution, and customer deal analytics. In addition, this position will be responsible for performing Acute IV Base pricing activities to assist Group Purchasing Organization customer contract extensions, and manage distributor cost price files.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage Pricing activities within cross-functional business partners with a sense of urgency, prioritizing
  • Ability to successfully apply standard financial, accounting and business problem-solving skills to daily business problems involving multiple variables
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must with sharp attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 5+ years experience in a financial, data analysis, sales or contracting role
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel required

Responsibilities

  • Lead IV Base Alt-Site price-setting strategy, process, and impact for US ITP
  • Lead the execution of establishing pricing guidelines, price roll execution and price integrity across Alt Site Customer contracts.
  • Lead Sales organization through quick and accurate sales analyses on products, customer activity, and contract provisions in support of customer contract offers.
  • Develop potential pricing and contracting strategies across focused care settings.
  • Support US ITP Acute IV Contract resign activities for $1.5B annual GPO agreements.
  • Run total cost of ownership models and propose pricing actions for the ITP Sales team.
  • Provide detailed sales analysis on key national accounts in support of creative deal structures.
  • Manage Distributor Average Cost price lists working closely with Government Price Reporting and Channel Operations teams.
  • Develop and execute process improvement projects that automate pricing analysis and support tools to inform, maximize, and streamline pricing processes
