About The Position

The Manager of Pricing Execution will support efforts to optimize The Coca-Cola Company’s trade spend operations while ensuring accuracy in sales forecasting, maintaining the integrity of trade data, and contributing to cohesive market spending strategies. This role collaborates closely with Finance, Customer, and Broker Teams to execute analytical processes and establish routines that inform key business and operational decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) volume and trade management.
  • Familiarity with the CPG industry, including customer management, planning, sales support, and performance management.
  • Experience in creating, tracking, and evaluating price/package/promotional strategies to drive trade efficiencies.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Demonstrates a focus on achieving objectives and delivering measurable results.

  • Proficiency in tools and platforms such as: Planning and forecasting systems (e.g., Transformer/TPM, CAS, Power BI, Analyze in Excel), Syndicated market data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Matrix), Internal financial, sales reporting, and execution metrics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of non-merchandising market expenditures to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with assigned customer sales teams to develop bottom-up annual volume and trade plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Support monthly volume and trade performance reviews with customer sales teams as part of corporate routines.
  • Provide training and guidance to customer sales managers and brokers on corporate trade spending policies, market coherency guidelines, and merchandising best practices.
  • Analyze trade program investments to evaluate effectiveness, ensure strategic alignment, and provide actionable recommendations to sales and HQ Pricing Execution.
  • Review and validate volume and trade program inputs in CAS and TPM systems to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Work with customer sales teams to identify and leverage in-year opportunities to address performance gaps and drive growth.
  • Use online tools to enhance communication, enable fast decision-making, and foster collaborative workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with Broker Sales Agencies to improve process efficiency and overall performance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the assumptions shaping annual trade investments, pricing strategies, and merchandising plans to ensure consistent execution in the market.
