We are seeking a Manager, Pricing & Deal Management to support our North America Commercial organization. Reporting to the Director of Pricing & Deal Management, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product to drive scalable pricing strategies and deal execution. In this role, you will play a key part in modernizing our Deal Desk through automation, AI-driven workflows, and process optimization, helping to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making. You will lead project-based initiatives that enhance deal structuring, pricing governance, and operational efficiency across the broader revenue organization. While this role is primarily focused on North America, you will also provide support for the APAC business, partnering with regional stakeholders to ensure continuity in deal execution and pricing support. The ideal candidate is strategic, a self-starter, driven, adaptable, highly organized, analytical, and has a strong eye for detail. Experience leading through a rapid growth/maturation phase, building operational processes at scale, and navigating international commercial landscapes will be critical to the success of this role.
