About The Position

The Manager of Portfolio Analytics & Reporting serves as the core operational link between internal asset management teams, executive leadership, and external institutional investors. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this individual owns portfolio-level performance analytics and the production of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages that inform investment decisions, credit monitoring, and investor communications across the platform. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership seat on a growing team. The successful candidate will work directly with senior leadership and have real influence over how portfolio performance is measured and communicated. The ideal candidate pairs strong financial modeling capability with a working understanding of credit and alternative asset classes and exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
5 - 7 years of relevant financial analysis experience within alternative asset management, private equity, banking, or corporate finance.
Must be familiar with financial models and tools used to determine project financial benefits and profitability such as: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI).
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
Experience with portfolio management, accounting, and reporting systems (e.g., Allvue, Oxane, Lakehouse environments, Power BI).

Nice To Haves

CFA preferred.
Experience with business intelligence and data automation tools (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor program-level financial tracking logs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across portfolio accounting and management systems.
Update and maintain fund-level financial models, analyzing cash flows, asset deployment schedules, and performance metrics.
Analyze financial performance variations against initial investment cases, operational management plans, and financial covenants to identify emerging credit migration.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal executive leadership and external institutional investors.
Respond to ad hoc investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), sourcing verified data and completing investor tracking templates.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop portfolio performance materials for current and prospective investors.
Perform complex financial, operational, and portfolio analyses to support business planning, risk management, investment decision-making, and executive reporting.
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by senior management, including process improvement efforts, system implementations, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional business initiatives.
