About The Position

This position will report to the Director - Plant -EF and is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. It is an Exempt, Full Time Regular position with a pay range of $90,000k - $150,000k. This role contributes to Evolution Fresh's success by supervising day-to-day operations in quality assurance to support the roasting plant's business objectives.

Familiar with American Institute of Baking (AIB), Good Manufacturing Practices (GAP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards
Familiarity with food safety regulatory requirements and global standards including Preventive Controls for Human Food (21 CFR 117) and the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
Experience with BRC or SQF certification schemes.
Demonstrated ability to build, support, and drive a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program, including autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, focused improvement, and early equipment management
Working knowledge of reliability practices, including predictive maintenance (vibration, thermography, oil analysis), root cause failure analysis, and CMMS utilization
Stays on top of automation and autonomous technology trends (robotics, Industry 4.0, IIoT, condition monitoring) and evaluates their application to plant operations
Proven people leader with experience in performance management: setting expectations, coaching, delivering candid feedback, and holding team members accountable
Ability to cultivate and foster an inclusive, positive, and engaged work environment and culture
Data-driven approach to managing maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, and planned vs. unplanned downtime

Nice To Haves

Experience in developing and leading plant-specific quality, customer service and cost optimization programs.
Consumer products or food company and plant experience, either technical or production.

TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification; Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) a plus.
