Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient flow and a high-standard environment where both staff and providers can perform their best work.
  • Drive practice growth and strategy by partnering with physician leadership to develop business plans that expand your site’s reach and impact.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture through active recruitment, mentorship, and proactive performance management to ensure long-term staff satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage the financial health of the practice by overseeing budgets, billing functions, and vendor relations to ensure resources are optimized for patient care.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety excellence by monitoring compliance and coordinating care services to maintain a safe, high-quality experience for every patient.
