About The Position

Generation Hope seeks a relationship-focused fundraiser to grow and steward philanthropic support for its work in Greater Dallas-Fort Worth. The Manager will identify prospective supporters, cultivate local donors and partners, coordinate solicitations, and help supporters understand the impact of their investment. This is a frontline fundraising role, not a supervisory position, with responsibility for generating a minimum of $300,000–$500,000+ within the first 12 months. Reporting to the Director, Development, DC, the Manager will collaborate with the Dallas Director of Family Programs, local program colleagues, and Revenue, Growth & Impact teammates on grants, individual and corporate giving, communications, and revenue operations. The role is based in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth/Metroplex area and involves local and regional travel as needed. Generation Hope works to ensure student parents have opportunities to succeed, experience economic mobility, and build wealth. Through direct, holistic two-generation support and collaboration with education and policy partners, it supports young parents in college and advances broader change. Its Scholar Program operates in the Washington, DC region, Greater New Orleans, and the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
