About The Position
To manage the operation and clinical performance of The Valley Hospital Pharmacy Department to ensure the delivery of the highest quality pharmaceutical services to patients and caregivers at the hospital. Performs tasks as ASHP Resident Program Director.
Requirements
- PharmD Or BS in Pharmacy
- A.S.H.P. hospital residency or equivalent experience
- New Jersey license or reciprocity
- Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmacy practical experience
- At least 2-3 years in an ambulatory care, oncology or other outpatient clinical setting.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated high state-of-the-art clinical or operational expertise
- Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills
