Requirements

2+ years of strategy, consulting, product development, product management, operations, retail pharmacy, or similar experience
2+ years of experience with custom queries in relational databases (such as SQL, Python, Teradata, Snowflake, Foundry)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data & analytics to uncover root causes and drive decision-making
High attention to detail with mindset to deliver zero-defect work product
Strong project management skills and ability to influence partners
Master’s degree

Responsibilities

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational datasets supporting B2B contract administration (e.g., Cost Vantage), including maintaining pricing file methodologies and documentation.
Develop and validate quarterly payer files in collaboration with third parties, distribute outputs to stakeholders, and serve as a subject matter expert.
Perform in-depth data analysis to monitor performance against historical trends and external benchmarks.
