The Manager - Pharmacy Education leads the design, standardization, and execution of onboarding and training programs across all pharmacy service lines within the University of Miami Health System. This role establishes consistent orientation frameworks, competencies, and learning pathways, ensuring training content is continuously updated to reflect clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and system priorities. The position is responsible for delivering ongoing education initiatives to support clinical excellence, operational performance, and compliance. Additionally, it oversees pharmacy residency programs, identifies and operationalizes career development pathways, and drives continuing education strategy. The Manager partners with clinical leadership, informatics, and operations to align education programs with evolving care models, patient outcomes, and new program launches. This role ensures rapid integration of regulatory updates into education programs, monitors training completion, and serves as the enterprise-wide leader for pharmacy education and workforce development. The Manager also fosters a culture of continuous learning and accountability, and ensures employees are trained on internal controls and University policies.
