We are seeking a highly strategic, operationally excellent, and AI-forward Manager, People Systems & Analytics to help modernize and scale our People technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a systems thinker and builder who thrives at the intersection of HR technology, analytics, automation, process optimization, and employee experience. Reporting to the future VP, HR Operations, Systems & People Programs, this role will own and optimize the People technology landscape across the employee lifecycle while helping shape the future of how People & Places operates at One Workplace. This individual will play a critical role in advancing scalable infrastructure, enabling data-driven decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and identifying innovative opportunities to leverage automation and AI across HR processes and experiences.
