About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager, People Experience who’s passionate about creating a workplace where people genuinely want to be and where they can do their best work. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day experience of our head office while helping shape how employees connect to the company across both office and job site environments. From the moment someone walks through the door to how they experience key milestones, programs, and events - you’ll play a central role in bringing our culture to life in a way that’s practical, inclusive, and authentic for our business. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that blends leadership with execution. As part of our People & Talent leadership team, you’ll lead a small team, oversee office operations and facilities, and bring thoughtful, people-first ideas to life. You’ll also help strengthen the connection between our office and site teams, ensuring a consistent and meaningful employee experience regardless of where they’re located. While this role is mainly focused on the Vancouver head office, there will be growth into other markets, including the US, helping to standardize People Experience across all locations and maintain what makes our culture unique as we expand.

  • Positive, team-first mindset, energized by working with others
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support others, with experience managing or mentoring team members (direct or indirect)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Practical problem-solver who can anticipate issues and respond quickly in a dynamic environment
