Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in Change Management, HR/Workforce transformation, organizational design, or people-related consulting work
  • Experience working on transformation or project-based environments, ideally within consulting or large complex organizations
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience managing workstreams and delivering against deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to develop client-ready materials and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Exposure to Change Management, Workforce / HR transformation or organizational design engagements
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills
  • Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, behavioral sciences, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CHRL/CHRP, PMP, Prosci) considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations
  • Lead workstreams across transformation programs, including Change Management, Workforce / HR transformation and organizational design initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to deliver project milestones on time and on budget
  • Coach and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, reports, and transformation roadmaps
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and delivery excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client impact and support business development efforts through proposal development and market research
  • Contribute to internal practice initiatives such as knowledge development, recruiting, and team growth
  • Support the design and implementation of people-focused transformation solutions, including change management strategies and organizational effectiveness initiatives
