About The Position
Ford’s PC Renewal program is a critical, high-volume operation that sits at the intersection of customer experience, asset governance, supply chain planning, and supplier performance management. We are hiring a PC Renewal Operations Manager – North America to own end-to-end program outcomes across North America—ensuring we deliver the right device to the right user at the right time, with accurate asset data and disciplined operational controls. This role is for a builder/operator: someone who can take a complex, multi-party lifecycle process and drive measurable improvements in speed, accuracy, compliance, and customer experience—while holding internal teams and suppliers accountable to clear standards.
