Location: Westchester, IL Workplace type: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site and 2 days/week remote) Payroll Manager Are you a payroll leader who thrives on driving operational excellence, building trusted partnerships, and transforming processes through innovation? Ingredion is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada, supporting more than 5,000 employees across 10+ pay groups in a dynamic and growing organization. In this highly visible role, you'll do more than manage payroll. You'll serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations while championing automation, process improvements, and best practices. You will collaborate closely with teams across Total Rewards, Corporate Accounting, Finance, and Audit, and provide meaningful insights to executive leadership. We're looking for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in U.S. multi-state and Canadian payroll regulations, taxation, and payroll accounting. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a customer-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex payroll data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of payroll experience, including complex U.S. and Canadian payroll environments.
