PavCo is the owner and operator of two of Canada’s premier venues for events, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Convention Centre. PavCo is looking for an experienced and people-focused Manager, Payroll and Benefits to lead a critical function that supports employees across the organization. In this role, you will oversee the full payroll and benefits administration cycle for both unionized and non-unionized employees, ensuring services are delivered accurately, on time, and with care. You will provide steady leadership to a dedicated team, bring structure and clarity to complex payroll requirements, and help strengthen processes that support compliance, consistency, and a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and solutions-focused, whose leadership style encourages collaboration, builds trust, and empowers the team to deliver high-quality service every day.
