The Manager Patient Services Critical Care is responsible for the planning, management, implementation, and evaluation of operations and services to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role assumes 24-hour responsibility for assigned areas of operation and may cover divisional responsibilities as needed. The manager ensures compliance with all regulatory agency standards and hospital policies, develops and implements policies and procedures, and manages budgets for personnel, facilities, and supplies. Additionally, the manager is responsible for the selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of staff, fostering effective working relationships with internal and external contacts, and promoting personal and professional growth.
