About The Position

Serves as a leader coaching operational excellence within the Piedmont Healthcare System. This role actively assists departments to achieve entity and system goals by facilitating and implementing prescriptive tactics and tools to drive better leader performance and decrease leadership variance. The Manager establishes and maintains working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and may manage volunteer resources to assist in program and service delivery. This position is responsible for preparing and presenting oral and written reports on the organization's progress towards its goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a closely related field Required
  • 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in leading and participating in customer service improvement programs, coaching efforts and programs, or a closely related field, preferably in a healthcare setting Required

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Executive coaching experience Preferred
