About The Position

The Patient Accounts Manager (PAR Manager) is responsible for the management of Patient Accounts Representatives and Business Services. The PAR Manager is the initial contact for employee, physician, and patient concerns relating to account information. The PAR Manager must be willing to assume duties of subordinates in emergency situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Two to five (2-5) years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance carriers, preferred
