About The Position

Assist patients with billing inquiries and concerns while ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and claim denial reasons. Collaborate with self-pay vendors and support the Financial Counselor as needed. Handle clinic receipts, including bank deposits and data entry, with precision and efficiency. At Riverwood Healthcare, treating our patients well starts with treating our employees well. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Junior college or vocational school coursework preferred.
  • Relevant job-related experience considered.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong communication skills.
